Q) What method of cleaning do you use?
A) We use hot water extraction(also know as steam cleaning) which is the method recommended by most manufacturers, and most popular method used.

Q) Can you remove Pet urine spots?
A) Removing pet urine is a very complicated process. The type of carpet and degree of contamination and length of time of problem will depend on the outcome. Often we achieve satisfactory results.

Q) How often should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
A) Most manufacturers recommend once a year. Maybe more depending on type of carpet,traffic,kids, and pets.

Q) How long does it take for the carpet to dry?
A) Typically 6-8 hours which also depends on airflow,weather,and humidity. 

 Q) Can you remove the spots in my carpet?
A) Yes, we can get out anything from Kool-aid to ink and wax from candles. The key to removing the spot is time, the sooner we get to it the higher the chances of getting it out. If the spot is left untreated for a long period, or every thing under the sink is already used on it  the chances of  removing it completely ,very slim. When you clean up a spill very important to BLOT with a clean towel or rinse with water - never rub or scrub or you will set the stain. 

 Q) What forms of payment do you accept?
A) Payment is due day of service in cash or check(NO credit cards) . Unless other arrangements are made usually with commercial accounts only.

A) We are a small owner operated local family business opened since 2013.
